Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced onsite condominium LCAM to join our team. As an onsite manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the association and oversee a part-time administrative assistant as well as a full-time maintenance person. You must be a detailed oriented person as well as self-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and the Board of Directors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct weekly inspections of the property and common grounds
- Conduct monthly Board meetings and prepare Board packets one-week in advance of the meeting
- Handle resident requests for maintenance or repairs and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and post required documents per Florida Statute 718
