Purpose & Impact: 

AsCompliance Specialist, Operations,you will ensure our Franchisees adhere to all relevant policies and standardsensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction at each Edible location. 

What that looks like day to day: 

  • Ensuring all compliance items are adhered to via Franchise Agreements and FDDs
  • Promptly responding to compliance violations in collaboration with the Operations Team
  • Working cross-functionally with operations and legal department to issue compliance violation notifications 
  • Organizing, trackingand filing all compliance documentation, digital and hard copies 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements as outlined by the Franchise agreement and develop project timelines, milestones, regular schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct monthly operations audits to identifycompliance issues, follow strategies and action plans to address and mitigate identified risks and work closely with internal stakeholders to create a culture of compliance awareness.
  • Work cross-functionally with the operations communication's teams to put together formal compliance notifications and letters with detail and accuracy
  • Communicate any updates to compliance related matters and policies to appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare and submitaccurate and timely compliance reports to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis, or as business-needs 
  • Additional tasks and projects assigned based on business needs and growth of the department 

Location: This position will be based out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday-Thursday, will work from home flexibility on Friday. 

You Have:

  • 2 years Compliance administration experience, within a Franchisee organization highly preferred 
  • Experience coordinating and tracking multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in environments where having an unwavering eye for detail is critical to your success
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and a willingness to strengthen skill set here, learning additional functions and capabilities
