Job Description:
The Cook II - Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
• Ensure that all food items are cooked and served at the correct temperature
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
