Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, a stable 60 bed skilled nursing home located in the heart of Greenfield, Ohio, is looking for a caring individual who would provide social services to our beloved residents. This Social Service Director would provide home care services to the residents who are going home, conduct care conferences with families, arrange ancillary services and coordinated with psychosocial services to keep our residents happy and involved in the facility activities. We offer competitive pay and full time benefits.
