Edgewood Dental Associates is Hiring an Associate Dentist Near Pittsburgh, PA

We are a well-established privately owned multi-doctor practice seeking an associate dentist. We are proud to be constantly improving through our core values of Positivity, Accountability, Integrity, Growth, Excellence, Professionalism, and Teamwork while having FUN. Our team driven and patient centric approach has led us to become the highest Google reviewed dental office in Pittsburgh with over 1,100 google reviews and a rating of 4.9 stars.

Our office is in a prime location in the East End of Pittsburgh with easy access to
376 and many East End suburbs. The practice has 10 fully functioning operatories and availability to expand. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of technology. We have 4 iTero scanners, CBCT, digital x-rays, intraoral cameras and big screen tv’s in each operatory, electric handpieces, and other advanced technology. We have a steady flow of new and returning patients with 5 full-time hygienists and around 180 hygiene hours per week. In 2023, we are averaging 80 new patients per month.

We offer all team members a 4-day workweek with no weekend workdays to encourage a good work-life balance. As a multi-doctor practice, you get to work alongside other dental professionals in a collaborative environment. The associate dentist can expect to make $200K-$300K per year with uncapped earning potential. In addition, we provide uniforms, medical benefits, 401K match, CE allowance, malpractice insurance reimbursement, lab bills paid, and other benefits.

The dental associate will have full clinical autonomy with amazing mentorship program and CE allowance for continued learning and growth. We have easy pathways and access to equipment to add advanced procedures such as implant placement, clear aligners, and cosmetic dentistry. We are also very open to and will offer support for adding other advanced procedures that may interest you.
