Edgewater Technical Associates is Hiring a Work Planner Near Richland, WA

Edgewater is seeking a qualified Work Plannerin Richland, WA to support our customerat the Hanford Site.
SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor shall support the development of work packages to support Operations, Maintenance, and Deactivation, Decontamination, Dismantlement & Demolition (D4) scopes of work for various projects as a matrixed resource from Engineering & Nuclear Safety.
  • The Contractor shall support project work planning activities associated with the writing of work packages, performance of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), work package changes, and facilitation of planning meetings.
  • Provide programmatically compliant work documents
  • Interface with multiple Subject Matter Experts (SME) and bargaining unit employees to generate supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate and support the Team Work Planning (TWP) and Job Hazards Analysis (JHA) meetings.
  • Perform changes to work packages as required to facilitate safe and efficient performance of field work.
  • Develop partial releases to existing work packages
  • Assist in resolution of issues identified in technical work documents
  • Complete qualification as a Work Planner as defined in CPCC-STD-TQ-40380 Work Management Training Program Description.
  • Provide support, as needed, during project status meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination and experience (two years’ experience is equivalent to one year education)
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience
  • Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting and/or performing the activities described above at the Hanford Site is preferred.

Site Access and Work Hours
Hanford personnel at the Hanford Site work a standard 4/10 schedule. The standard work week consist of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday. Work performed outside normal operating hours shall be coordinated and/or approved through the BTR and/or the contract Specialist prior to performing the work.
Benefits
Salary Range: $93,600-$145,600, depending on experience. Per Diem and/or Relocation may be available.
90 Holiday Hours/ 80 PTO Hours

Pre-tax 401(k) Retirement account with company matching contributions and 100% vesting for eligible participants beginning on Day 1.
