The Edgewater Inn is looking for a Night Audit Agent. Weekends and Holidays are required. We are looking for someone who is a people person with a good attitude and dependable. You must be able to lead a team and adapt to changes. Guest satisfactory is an important aspect of working at the Edgewater Inn. Duties include but are not limited to;

Responsibilities for Night Audit Agent

-Perform end of day accounting procedures

· Check guests in and out of their rooms

· Answer any questions guests have

· Make recommendations for local activities and restaurants

· Take reservations on the phone

· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities

· Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Manage online reservations for third party websites

· Complete daily light housekeeping duties at the front desk and lobby area

· Able to communicate efficiently with other departments such as housekeeping and Maintenance

Qualifications for Front Desk Agent

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Excellent customer service skills

· Great interpersonal abilities

· Able to prioritize daily tasks and great organizational skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

· Time management skills

· Detail oriented

· Computer experience- Word, Excel

· Able to work Graveyard shift 11pm-7am

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
