A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Director of Front Office is responsible for the daily operation of the front desk and guest services team. Directly supervises the front office managers, all front office and guest services team members and ensures proper completion of all front office and guest services duties. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating front office and guest services activities to ensure exceptional guest service is achieved. This position is responsible for accurate reporting to finance. Maximizes room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Ensuring the execution of VIP guests. Further, this position is responsible for coordination of hotel operations with the Front Office Managers, Executive Housekeeper, and the Director of Engineering. Exercises independent judgment and initiative while carrying out overall responsibilities.
SALARY: 80K-95K PLUS 25% BONUS POTENTIAL
