Edgewater Federal Solutions is Hiring an End User Support I Near Albuquerque, NM
Overview
Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking an End User Support Specialist 1 to support the Emergency Operations Center at a major national laboratory.
This position requires 100% onsite work, therefore candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area by start date.
Responsibilities
- Keep emergency center’s MS Windows based laptops up to date
- Provide support to operators
- Support three video teleconferencing rooms
- Provide break/fix support to the client.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 2 years of related experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance
- Windows desktop support experience including:
- Break/fix troubleshooting
- End-User Application Support
- System Setup
- Active Directory Support
- Account Management
- File services
- Network Configuration
- Application Hosting
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good ability to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical issues, as they arise.
- Ability to be on-call
