Edgelord LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Miami, FL

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning:
    • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
    • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  2. Agile Ceremonies:
    • Facilitate agile team ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and iteration planning.
  3. Impediment Removal:
    • Identify and remove impediments to team success.
    • Guide teams in adopting lean/agile principles.
  4. Metrics and Improvement:
    • Monitor key results and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and bottlenecks.
  5. Documentation:
    • Follow established Project Life Cycle (PLC) policies to develop project documentation and plans.
    • Specify goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
    • Document current and future state business processes in conjunction with business partners.
  6. Scope and Milestones:
    • Formulate and define project scope, schedule milestones, tasks, and objectives.
  7. Reporting and Updates:
    • Provide reporting and updates on project status, budget impacts, and objectives to management and business units.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications and Education: CSM, PMP and/or any relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business, Education, Project Management, or Engineering Management. Experience is acceptable in leu of a degree.
  • Skills:
    • A natural multi-tasker
    • Impeccably organized
    • Kanban facilitation
    • Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Jira, Miro or other project management tools.
