• ABOUT: 16 bed Critical Access Hospital with 1 Case Manager located in Meeker, CO
• Patient Ratio: less than 1:15 1- Average daily census is 4.7
• COVID Vaccinations: required per State mandate

• Pay Rate : $75/hr
