Located in Raleigh/Durham, NC and surrounding areas with additional stores coming soon throughout the Southeast, EDGE Express Car Wash is a state-of-the-art express car wash with excellent opportunities for growth.

Position Description

Detail Managers are responsible for most aspects of the site’s day-to-day operations. Including customer service, production, and team training. Ensuring that target goals are met and developing plans to increase the site’s potential. Managing costs from utilities, products and services to labor and damage claims.

• Equipment repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

- Management experience in a retail setting, including supervising a team and overseeing inventory control
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail sales
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Experience in purchasing and maintaining stock levels
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and payroll processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to implement them effectively
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
