**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in the Elko New Market. **Duties:**

- Engage with customers via phone calls to provide product information and resolve inquiries

- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate sales leads

- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Organize and manage the office environment

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers

- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining customer records

- Ability to upsell products or services to meet sales targets
