YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata è un Project Manager che verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione Marketing e sarà di supporto al Project Manager responsabile del programma internazionale “Passion for Customers”, volto a fondare la strategia di Edenred sulla voce del Cliente e a diffondere una cultura Customer-centrica ad ogni livello dell’organizzazione. Principali attività: Supporto alla gestione del programma per l’Italia, tramite il coinvolgimento di tutte le funzioni interessate e il confronto diretto con il team internazionale; Monitoraggio del NPS e di altri indicatori di Customer Satisfaction, analisi dati finalizzata all’identificazione di trend e insight quantitativi e qualitativi Supporto all’implementazione di flussi per la gestione delle survey tramite l’integrazione tra la piattaforma di Customer Experience Management (Medallia) e il CRM Aziendale ; Partecipazione all’avvio di iniziative interfunzionali per migliorare la Customer Experience; Supporto all’implementazione di altri componenti del programma, come: KPI/dashboard/obiettivi CX, call-back, definizione di best practices CX, piani d'azione e follow-up; Contributo alla promozione del programma all’interno dell’azienda: sviluppo di contenuti formativi per team Sales e Customer Care, creazione di materiali di comunicazione interna, organizzazione di webinar/eventi interni per promuovere l’iniziative WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU Esperienza minima di 1-2 anni in ruoli di project management, preferibilmente in ambito Customer Experience e Customer Satisfaction Ottime capacità analitiche e orientamento ai risultati Abilità nella gestione progetti, inclusa la capacità di risolvere problemi in modo proattivo Inglese fluente scritto e parlato Apply now and Vibe with Us!
