Position: Dietary Manager

Edenbrook Platteville, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility is seeking a Dietary Manager for our wonderful facility! The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Are you:

• Customer service orientated
• Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associates degree in food service or Culinary Arts
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
