Sunland is Hiring a Dietary Supervisor Near Madison, WI
$1,000 Sign On Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to assist the Dietary Manager in managing the operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering, and preparation, food delivery and clean-up in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. This posistion will be split with four days a week being cooking/dishwashing/dietary aide duties, and one day a week dedicated to compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Long Term Facility preferred.
- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
- Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
- Comply with the Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
