Role also includes responsibility for overseeing the 3rd party creation and delivery of multiple programs. Responsibilities:Designs all new managerial and soft skills content from needs identification to storyboarding to piloting the course; this includes intake meetings with business leaders to learn their objectives, assess the need, and propose/create content to help close business gaps.Facilitates classes in both classroom and webinar-based environment.Manages scheduling of all managerial and staff classes and setting up appropriatecurriculums in Cornerstone ensuring that the needed classes are scheduled at a time convenient for the target audience.Coaches line facilitators through the creation of a train-the-trainer program to sign off line leaders to teach managerial courses.Develops and edits course content based on the Annual Needs Assessment and on the evaluation feedback themes.Tracks and reports on evaluation feedback themes in order to promote and ensure process improvement and high-quality training experiences.Responsible for coordinating the firm-wide quarterly learning calendar to include HR, planner, compliance, IT and BSG trainings.Supports Director in addressing requests for new training courses from other departments seeing those requests through from need to course delivery follow up and evaluation.Manages all L & D contracts and accounts payable needs for the Learning team.Partners with Director to conduct annual needs assessments and support firmwide training and rollouts for managers and staff as needed.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field required7 years of Learning and Development and/or equivalent HR experience.5 years of direct management experience required.Experience with Adobe Connect and Cornerstone preferred.Experience coaching senior level managersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding content design skills with expert level PowerPoint skillsAbility to work collaboratively with in a team environmentAbility to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, as necessary to work effectively with staff at all levelsExcellent presentation skillsMust be comfortable speaking in large groupsMust be comfortable independently evaluating a situation, exercising judgment, and independently making a decisionThe individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfullyPosition requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information; must maintain confidentiality at all timesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
