Job Overview:

We are seeking a real estate escrow agent/paralegal to join our real estate team.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating directly with lenders, realtors, and other parties involved in a real estate transaction to obtain and coordinate information needed for a successful transaction.
- Preparing Settlement Statements/Closing Disclosures and other documents for residential and commercial closings.
- Balancing and disbursement of funds.
- Scanning and shipping signed closing documents to lenders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a real estate escrow agent
- Detailed oriented with strong communication skills
- Friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least 3 years’ experience as a real estate escrow agent.

-Knowledge of Softpro is desired, but not required.
