Edco Products is Hiring a Remote Inside sales representative

The Customer Support Representative is a key member of the EDCO Operations team and is based in Hopkins, MN. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our local customers and supporting the EDCO's customer support and distribution teams.

Success will be defined by the ability to provide excellent service while ensuring orders and shipments are accurate, organized, and timely.

Hours :

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm when at Hopkins

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Greets customers with enthusiasm,provides exceptional professional support and consultation related to product inquiries and orders
  • Accurately places orders and advises customers on delivery lead times
  • Communicates with shipping department on lead times and product availability
  • Calculate job estimates, as needed
  • Regularly communicates with production in regard to product availability
  • Provides warehouse associates with prioritized and complete information needed to pull orders
  • Identifies opportunities to further support customers with the sale of additional products
  • Works with other customer support reps and internal team members as needed to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required
  • Experience in a customer service or support role desired
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, deadline driven
  • Professional and positive verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team-environment
