Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring the quality and functionality of the finished products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use various hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate, fit, and assemble parts
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled products
- Test assembled products to ensure they meet performance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize assembly processes

Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Basic soldering are desirable but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Other Details

- Work week is Monday through Thursday, 6 AM until 4:30 PM
- Work day consists of a 10-hour day plus a 30-minute lunch
