• Commitment to manage the department for growth with a strong emphasis on technical work execution and business development
• Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers and project managers
• Oversee geotechnical and field services projects
• Prepare and review reports
• Prepare proposals for geotechnical engineering services
• Manage departmental P&L
• Assist senior staff in marketing ECS services by maintaining regular client contact

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university; MSCE with geotechnical emphasis preferred

• 10-12 years of civil/geotechnical engineering experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within three months
