EcoSmart Home Services is Hiring a Sales Manager Near East Berlin, CT
We are looking for is a experienced sales manager who has experience with in-home sales. This manager will take the lead with overseeing 4 sales people developing a larger sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales team
- Develop a training program
- Schedule weekly meetings to review results
- Develop a salary and commission structure to retain and reward talent
- Calculate and track performance
- Train on presenting and closing comprehensive energy efficiency and solar packages for home owners using state programs and incentives
- Oversee sales performance and lead generation
- Set and track sales goals for individuals and company
- Seek new opportunities and adapt with market conditions
- Develop new advertising for lead generation using internet, i.e.; Facebook, SEO
Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating top performing sales teams
- Home Improvement and Solar experience preferred
- Lead Generation Experience

We are a full-service remodeling company specializing in residential solar combined with energy efficiency upgrades to improve comfort and reduce costs.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
