We are looking for a 1st Shift Systems Operator to join our Large Line Ozark, AL team!Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional overtimeSystems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experienceWhat You’ll Be Doing:Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.Participate in regular training and cross-train others.What You’ll Bring:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experienceMust be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assignedNeed to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
