We are looking for a 2nd shift, Systems Operator to join our Ozark, AL team! Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.2nd Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, with occasional overtimeSystems Operator Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experienceSystems Operator Core Essentials:Safety & Team Coordination:Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team membersEmpowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observedStart each shift with a team huddle and stretchesMachine Operations:Set up machine at the beginning of each shiftWork with materials and machines, following standard proceduresTake manual measurements to ensure high qualityTraining & Cross-Training:Participate in regular training sessionsCross-train others to enhance team capabilitiesSystems Operator Essential Experiences:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experienceMust be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assignedNeed to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
