We are looking for new Machine Operators. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) with occasional overtimeHours: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AMPay Range: starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experienceShift Differential: $0.75/hourWe frequently fill other jobs by promoting our employees and hire externally from this job. Your application to this job can get you into several types of work:- Material Handler operating a forklift while organizing and moving material around- Reroller Operator operating a machine that winds and cuts rolls of flooring- Demolder operating overhead cranes to remove flooring material from large molds- Roto Grinder operating a machine that grinds tires into small crumbs- Peeler Operator operating a machine that peels off layers of flooring from the molded flooring material- Die Cutter operating a machine that cuts shapes out of flooring Core Contributions:Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.Participate in regular training and cross-train others.Essential Experiences:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experienceMust be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on your areaNeed to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
