We have a global footprint ready to serve customers with high-level product support and deep application engineering. We have locations in Texas, and Oklahoma, as well as multiple overseas operations in Europe, and Asia.Responsibilities
Defines new and improves existing manufacturing processes
Facilitate transition from manual to automated manufacturing processes
Evaluate, design, and implement automated safety solutions for new and existing systems in accordance with all applicable standards
Responsible for creation of innovative solutions, leveraging appropriate technologies, to drive excellence in safety, quality, and productivity
Support existing technology systems to ensure correct & uninterrupted operation
Design, specify and test automated equipment and processes
Implement improvements in existing automated equipment
Collaborate in identifying root cause to quality concerns and provide solutions to eliminate
Education & Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
Bachelorof Science degree in a related Engineering Discipline (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including design/production engineering, and manufacturing teams
Project management including management of outside contractors and vendors
Complex assembly system design including simulation and tooling interfaces
Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
