Responsibilities: - Answer incoming reservation calls and assist customers with booking hotel reservations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and friendly communication with customers - Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Process reservation changes, cancellations, and updates in the hotel's reservation system - Assist with night audit duties as needed, including reviewing and balancing daily transactions Requirements: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry or working at a hotel front desk is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hospitality management systems and reservation software is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if bilingual - Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
