eCommission is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near Cave, TX

About The Role:

eCommission is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist to join our innovative, fast-growing, Fin-tech company. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts receivable. If you are an experienced collections specialist who is team orientated, customer service focused and looking for a challenging and extremely rewarding opportunity, then this position is right for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable with a high level of customer service.

Contact customers via telephone or through written communication.

Make 150 outbound dials per day.

Utilize company tools to reduce the number of past due accounts.

Maintain strong relationships with all customers and third-party contacts.

Handle complex accounts and difficult situations with professionalism.

Resolve customer disputes.

Perform account reconciliations.

Requirements:

3 years of collections/receivable experience.

2 years of customer service experience.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn computer software.

Detail oriented and have strong analytical skills.

Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize daily tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred:

Knowledge of real estate, escrow, and title processes helpful but not required.

Candidate located in the Austin, Texas Metro area.

Core Working Hours:

9 am – 6 pm (CST)

Monday – Friday

No weekends

Compensation: $24 per hour

Additional Information:

This position is Hybrid, but primarily remote. In-office hours are required twice each month. Must have sufficient internet connection to sustain a full workday of internet use, i.e., data input, dialing the phone, video conferencing. The selected candidate must also have a home office location free from distractions that will provide the ability to ensure confidentiality of work product.
