Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics/operations, ensuring team members performance aligns with active business needs, with a strong emphasis on quality performance protocols
Lead proposal strategy meetings, develop compelling win themes, create compliance matrices, and manage the development of outlines and writing templates for identified opportunities. Write, review, and organize all technical written materials.
Provide assistance with formatting/layout to ensure final deliverable is compliant and visually appealing.
Collaborate in the creation of corporate collateral materials, presentations, capability statements, responses to Sources Sought, RFIs, and other related documents.
Offer tactical and administrative proposal support, including drafting schedules, scheduling meetings, and tracking completion of action items, issues, and writing assignments.
Coordinate the internal flow and review of proposal inputs and outputs, facilitating seamless collaboration among team members.
Manage the daily operations of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring their efforts align with the proposal objectives.
Perform desktop publishing tasks and conduct proofreading of materials to maintain high-quality standards.
Undertake any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting diverse aspects of the proposal process.
Qualifications:
3 years of professional experience in Operations Management
Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree or has specialization in Operations Management
Huge plus if they have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency in using proposal management tools and software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of and proposal evaluation criteria for US Government contracts
Ability to mentor and guide proposal team members
Experience managing and leading diverse teams
Experience managing proposals for US Government and a successful track record of winning bids
