The Treasurer will serve as a strategic thought partner to CFO, and other members of the executive team in capital efficiency and ensuring that the company’s treasury function supports maximizing long-term and sustainable value creation. This includes accurately forecasting and reporting on liquidity needs, interest income, expenses, and related financial metrics, ensuring optimal management of the company's financial resources and compliance with all fiscal obligationsDevelop, plan, and execute a plan to maintain and cultivate effective integrated systems for cash planning and management, and treasury operationsPartner with leadership to plan and manage the company’s ongoing capital requirements including the optimal uses of capital and evaluate alternative sources of funding to support company operationsOversee the roll-out and effective utilization of the Treasury Management SystemManage relationships with lenders and other banksLead the cash forecasting, reporting, and planning processes with FP&A and ensure the company’s cash obligations are met in a cost-effective manner and we remain in compliance with all financial covenantsManage movement of funds to meet daily operating needs. Liaise with Payment Operations and help develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costsMonitor Lender Compliance Reporting and ensure compliance with financial covenants; actively update financial covenant forecasts with FP&AManage financial risk related to foreign exchange risk and interest rate risk. Develop and manage foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs as neededProvide the professional leadership necessary to build and maintain a "best practices" treasury department. Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop employees to reach their potential and meet the needs of the business today and in the futureEnsure compliance with treasury internal controls and approve treasury standard operating proceduresWhat You Bring to The Team:B.A./B.S. in Finance or related field required. MBA or other relevant experience10 years of progressively responsible treasury leadership experience in public and private company settings with relevant scaleRelevant treasury leadership experience with broad finance, accounting and business skills. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
