You will utilize your pitch book and demonstrate the proper ways to handle claims, manage customers, interact with subcontractors and display proper time management within projects. Account Managers must develop and maintain client relationships as well as interactively engage and listen to client needs, fostering trust, respect, and rapport. Account Managers have an understanding of ECO’s processes and the expert abilities to close new business deals.
