Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

Operational Excellence:

• Achieve operational objectives by preparing and executing detailed action plans, enhancing quality and customer service standards, resolving issues, and identifying operational trends.
• Oversee all site operations, including product handling, storage requirements, and equipment utilization while ensuring compliance with established policies and legal regulations.

Client Relationship and Team Management:

• Maintain and enhance client relationships in partnership with Eclipse IA HR.
• Manage site workforce dynamics including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative duties.
• Develop and enforce safe work environments by adhering to safety standards and procedures compliant with legal regulations.

Strategic Planning and Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to budget and forecast operational costs and review monthly P&L performance.
• Implement strategic process improvements by analyzing workflow, manpower, and space requirements.

Leadership and Development:

• Thrive under tight deadlines and contribute both as a team player and independently.
• Set and achieve aggressive targets in a complex, challenging environment.
• Motivate, energize, and influence the site team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in receiving
• 5 to 10 years of experience leading a team between 30 to 50
• Proven track record of strong client management skills; experience managing client relationships within the grocery warehousing industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in operations, workforce management, and process improvement.
• High proficiency in data analysis and operational optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish credibility and trust.
• Leadership qualities that include the ability to motivate and influence others, reliability, a positive attitude, and the capacity to meet and exceed set goals.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and possess strong data entry and reporting skills.
