ECI Management Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager at Camp Joseph T Robinson in North Little Rock.
Kitchen Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Cooking from Scratch – Catering / Café / Other Meal Production
• Supervise approx. 10 Employees
• Proper Storage and Temperature controls
• Managing Labor and Food Cost
• Daily Prep Sheets
• Inventory
• Training of Staff

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of hospitality-related experience
• 3 years of kitchen manager or leadership experience
• Serve Safe Certified (Have or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable using a computer, navigating standard office and point-of-sale software.

Work Hours – Approximately 50 hours per week.
Salary: 55K
