Join our team as an integral part of our growing poured concrete solutions company! We're seeking an experienced Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee administrative operations and manage the company's finances efficiently using QuickBooks.

As a part of our expanding operations, we're looking for a dedicated Office Manager & Bookkeeper to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.

Position Overview:
As the Office Manager & Bookkeeper, your primary responsibility will be to manage our company's finances using QuickBooks and oversee administrative operations. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining company finances, overseeing office procedures, handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and supporting our team to ensure efficient project coordination. You will be a key liaison between management, field staff, and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage company finances using QuickBooks: track expenses, create invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed for management review
  • Oversee administrative operations: answer calls, respond to emails, handle correspondence, and manage office supplies
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and field staff
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the management team to support business strategies and achieve company goals
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing finances using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of construction or related industries is advantageous
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Finance or Office Administration preferred
