Position Overview:
As the Office Manager & Bookkeeper, your primary responsibility will be to manage our company's finances using QuickBooks and oversee administrative operations. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining company finances, overseeing office procedures, handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and supporting our team to ensure efficient project coordination. You will be a key liaison between management, field staff, and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
