Join Our Corporate Operations Team
ECG’s Corporate Operations team has approximately 100 employees associated with ECG offices across the country. Team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources (which includes Recruiting and Learning & Development), IT, and Marketing

Your Opportunity with ECG: Billing Specialist
As a billing specialist at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our Corporate Operations team. Not only will you partner with some of the industry’s best to reach your highest goals, but you will also make a real difference in people’s lives and grow personally and professionally while doing so. Your Responsibilities May Include:
  • Providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of invoicing to our customers by:
    • Maintaining an up-to-date billing system.
    • Generating invoices.
    • Performing billing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
    • Maintaining invoicing files and records.
    • Supporting the project management team by researching and resolving discrepancies.
    • Investigating and resolving customer queries.
  • Assisting in monthly close activities and performing reconciliation duties, as well as other financial responsibilities as assigned.

Our Expectations of You

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Two or more years of billing experience
  • One or more years of experience with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
Job Locations
Atlanta or San Diego. This position has in-office responsibilities. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with days in the office and days remote.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $32.09 - $36.06 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is also eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and other wellness programs.
