Your Opportunity with ECG: Billing Specialist
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of invoicing to our customers by:
- Maintaining an up-to-date billing system.
- Generating invoices.
- Performing billing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Maintaining invoicing files and records.
- Supporting the project management team by researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Assisting in monthly close activities and performing reconciliation duties, as well as other financial responsibilities as assigned.
Our Expectations of You
- Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Two or more years of billing experience
- One or more years of experience with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint software
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
