• Ideal candidate:

o Restaurant management (any restaurant or food industry)

o Inventory, labor, day to day operations, responsibility

o Technical background is a plus

o Troubleshooting

o Point of sale systems

o Restaurant management program

o Heavy on operations (have lived and breathed)

o Able to understand process, resolve issues to tier 2 or tier 3

o Experience with back office solutions

o A general manager or someone who has been a general manager in the past

o Outgoing personality, educating operators and field team on enhancements and updates within the Data Central platform

• Help desk background is a plus
• Any back office solution is okay but would prefer Data Central
• Working directly with franchisees and teams
• Day to day:

o Fast pace / all hands on deck

o Configuring / administrative role

o Product launches

o Troubleshooting discrepancies within sales and labor reporting

o Updating recipes

o Escalate tickets/issues that they cannot resolve during first call

o Working directly with help desk team

o Occasional after hours support is required (EX: if there is a product launch and the recipe was entered wrong) - there is not a rotation for this

Job Summary:

The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for administering and managing the Client's back-office solution. The position requires expertise in various operational tools within Data Central, covering areas such as cost of goods, scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and facilitate the onboarding of new products, recipes, inventory, vendor items and reporting.
• Work closely with purchasing and supply chain teams to streamline product information flow and updates.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product information in our database, including pricing, ingredients, and UOM.
• Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
• Assist in the implementation of data governance practices to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Implement and oversee user access controls for the product database and related systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive product data. Regularly review and update access permissions in line with staff changes and role adjustments.
• Perform quality assurance testing including, but not limited to new requests, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support store-side sales audit, inventory, scheduling set-up and labor reporting.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base documentation.
• Effective use of Root Cause Analysis techniques to make constant improvements to back- office application.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with an inventory, back-office application: preferably in the restaurant retail sector, providing support for brands of 100 locations
• Experience with testing BOH applications including new releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with change management and BOH related operational procedures & policies.
• Demonstrated experience managing user access and permissions in a data management system.
• Operational experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
