All Seniors Care Living Centres is looking for a **Director of Food Services/Head Chef to** join our team at **Victoria Landing Retirement Residence** in Brandon, Manitoba!

***Qualifications***

1. Grade 12, preferred, and graduate of a Red Seal Certificate Program

2. Must have experience in quantity food preparation and in the preparation of therapeutic diets

3. Demonstrated experience with direct supervision of cooks and dietary personnel

4. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English; to follow oral and written directions

5. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills as well as good physical and mental health.

6. Must be capable of bending and lifting items limited to 50lbs.

7. Must be a competent person as defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
