Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, optimizing costs, ensuring security compliance, and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• DevOps Engineer implements and manages cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP using Terraform
• Develop and maintain YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment
• All code will be maintained and versioned within Azure DevOps Git based source control
• Collaborate with teams to implement secure coding practices, including SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing)
• Oversee image and package vulnerability scanning and management to maintain security standards
• DevOps Engineer will monitor and optimize cloud spending to ensure cost-effective use of Azure and GCP services
• Maintain and update existing infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance and security
• Create and execute a detailed migration plan for moving existing infrastructure to Terraform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• DevOps Engineer works closely with development teams to automate and streamline operations and processes

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or another related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure and GCP
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML
• Knowledge of SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management tools
• Ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs across Azure and GCP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• Relevant certifications in Azure, GCP, and/or Terraform
• Experience with other cloud management and automation tools.
