Responsibilities include:

• Route Maintenance: regular cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing
• Chemical Balancing: Testing water and adjusting chemicals like chlorine and pH balancers to maintain sparkling pools
• Equipment Checks: Inspect pool equipment and machinery such as pumps, filters, and heaters to let the client know if something is wrong (and letting them know we can help repair it!)
• Client Interaction: Maintaining positive relationship with clients, providing them with updates on the status of their pool and any potential maintenance activities needed

Job Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and maintain clean driving record
• Must consent to background screening
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in the sunshine / Florida heat
• Must take and pass the Certified Pool Operator licensing exam within 90 days of start date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
