We are seeking a dedicated Swimming Pool Technician to service routes throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. This full-time position involves servicing both residential homes and commercial locations with a focus on sales, installations, and repairs of pool equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and should possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. While a Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. A valid driver's license is required.

• Core Duties:
  • Conduct sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool equipment for both residential and commercial customers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pool components such as gas and electrical heaters, motors, filters, timers, and plumbing systems.
• Support Functions:
  • Interact with customers to provide recommendations, service, and guidance on pool maintenance and equipment.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including safe working conditions and driving habits.
• Interpersonal Engagement:
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to meet and exceed company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Technical and Administrative Tasks:
  • Utilize a multi-meter for electrical diagnostics and make necessary electrical connections.
  • Address and resolve suction, priming, and pressure issues within pool systems.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience as a pool technician preferred but not required.
• Certifications: CPO certification is a plus.
• Licenses: Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record.

• Skills: Working knowledge of general plumbing and electrical systems.
• Physical: Comfortable working outdoors and capable of physical activities including lifting and moving pool equipment.
• Other: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
