Overview

We are looking for an Administrative and Team Coordinator to join our team! This position provides general administrative support to corporate staff, including President/CEO, Vice Presidents, Directors, HOA Regional Staff. This position serves as the team coordinator for the other Ebenezer Corporate Office administrative staff. In addition, this position coordinates and oversees IT needs, vendor requests and upkeep for the corporate office. This organizational schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, day shifts
• No weekends!

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Manage logistics for all HOA annual events, board meetings, retreats
• Acts as a SharePoint Site Administrator- (Build libraries, revise & upload policies/procedures, provide access, train)
• Manage, plans, communicates, and secures meeting details with meeting/event participants, meeting organizer and vendors (logistics, invitations, registrations, directions, check-in, plan and order food, event details)
• Contacts vendors (copiers, postage machine, coffee machine, etc.) as needed to maintain and repair corporate office equipment
• Submits and tracks building work orders for issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned and directed

Qualifications

Required:

• Five to ten years of previous experience
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, copy machine, fax machines
• Proficient in Microsoft applications- Excel, Word, Visio, Publisher
• Proficient in SharePoint

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
