Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:15pm, Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:
Answer a multi-line phone system and direct the calls to the correct person or department.
Process payments and issue receipts for vehicle purchases and deposits.
Input new vehicles in software system.
Assist with projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly helpful disposition.
Reliable, good attendance and on-time.
Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
Attention to detail.
Available to work occasional additional hours as needed, including rare Saturdays is a plus.
