Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination
- Strong customer support skills for effective interaction with clients
- Knowledge of order entry systems for inventory management
- Capability to provide personal assistant services to executives
- Experience in project coordination for successful task completion
- Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately
- Strong computer literacy
- Knowledge of CCCOne and ProfitNet preferred.
-Bilingual Preferred: Russian and English.
