This position will be 100% FTE at the Assistant or Associate Professor level on the Clinical Scholar (non-tenure) pathway. This position includes opportunity to be the physician site leader. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high value primary care in a patient-centered medical home setting
• Teach, evaluate and mentor medical students and resident physicians
• Participate in divisional and departmental efforts to improve care delivery and medical education
• Have leadership experience in directing outpatient teams
