Easton Home Care is looking for RN Case Managers to join our team! Full-time, part-time or contract positions available. We offer competitive pay and the flexibility to set your own schedule while servicing clients in the Columbus, OH area.

Schedule: Set your own schedule

Responsibilities:

• Open new client referrals
• Recertification assessments for current clients
• Perform resumption of care
• Conduct supervisory visits for LPNs & HHAs
• Complete skilled nurse visits

Requirements:

• State License RN
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Up to date TB Test
• Must be willing to undergo BCI background check

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: Choose your territory

Pay: $34.00 - $60.00 per hour
