Easterseals UCP Opportunities is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Wilmington, NC

Easterseals UCP is a non-profit services provider in North Carolina and Virginia. We are actively seeking experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about developing others and aspire to leadership roles to join our collaborative ABA and Autism Team. We are excited to also invite early-career BCBAs seeking to hone their clinical and leadership skills to apply. Applicants will be considered for BCBA positions that best fit their experience and skills.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be passionate about helping others, determined to make a difference, and willing to learn and grow with our team. We also require:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • 3-5 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Licensed in NC preferred
