Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Team Lead to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary, Assertive Community Treatment team (ACT) designed to carry out a full range of community-based treatment functions for adults with substance use disorders.

What You’ll Do
The Team Lead provides supervision and direction for the program from administrative to clinical operations of the service. Your clinical skills and experience will be vital in assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for individuals under our care. In addition to this, you will directly provide services to ACT service individuals; take an active role in screening referrals and assessing individuals at intake and functioning as a lead clinician
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience between $64,000-$77,000 annually, plus enjoy a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, with some after hours/weekend on call. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.
