We are looking for a Youth Support Specialist to join our team! As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life. By supporting and transporting students as they navigate their communities, you will serve as a trusted role model as they transition into adulthood. Whether you are offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness, you will help students grow and thrive within their communities. Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years or olderPossess a High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of work historyAbility to transport student in your personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationThis is a float position that requires travel throughout the greater Manchester area and the ability to work with a diverse population of youth.Compensation: Starting wage for a Youth Support Specialist is $19/hour. Opportunity to increase to $19.50/hour at 3 months of employment, $20/hour at 6 months of employment and $20.50/hour at 8 months of employment!Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
