Assistant Vice President of Community Mental Health Services

Easterseals New Jersey has an exciting opportunity for an AVP of Community Mental Health Services supporting our Center Path Wellness program in

Union County New Jersey!

This newly created senior leadership opportunity will report directly to the Chief Program Officer of the organization.

The right candidate will possess a Master’s Degree with five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with individuals with serious mental illness, co-occurring populations, and dual-diagnosed populations.

You will also bring a high degree of business acumen that is accountable for budgetary forecasting and financial outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent financial management and analytical skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solver with strong critical thinking capabilities.
• Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
• Ability to create a strong group team atmosphere.
• Proven experience in process improvement and innovation concepts.
• Commitment to quality excellence.
• Master’s Degree with five (5) years in a leadership role with individuals with serious mental illness, co-occurring populations, and dual-diagnosed populations.
Clinical license (LCSW or LPC) preferred.
