Easterseals Joliet Region, Inc. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Joliet, IL

Easterseals Joliet Region, Inc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA would work directly with children involved in our Foster Care Program.

Qualifications:

  • National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.

· Knowledge of behavioral guidelines and/or effects of psychotropic medications.

  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

· Evaluation, development and implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting, reviewing and analyzing data.

· Consult with medical, psychiatric and mental health providers and working with DCFS case managers.

  • Must communicate effectively and maintain professional, cooperative and efficient work relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers, both within and outside of the organization.

· Conduct behavior drills.

· Collect monthly data.

· Provide behavior training and safety care to parents, foster parents and staff.

All employees are eligible for loan forgiveness under Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
